    Watercress is a very versatile leafy green - makes an excellent addition to salads and sandwiches, or can be cooked! It has a little spice, bitterness, and can present some mustard and wasabi notes. The small white flowers are a great addition, having a sweet aftertaste.

    • STORAGE INFO

      For longer shelf life, store in airtight container in the refridgerator with a paper towel at the base to absorb excess water.
