STORAGE INFO
Keep heads stored in airtight container with roots attached - they will last up to 3 weeks! If you are keeping in a cooler drawer on the line, place heads in the drawer with the roots facing down and in a water bath - just enough where the roots get water. They will not go limp and will stay crisp!
