Green Shiso
Green shiso is an Asian fresh herb used in a variety of ways - incorporated into salad mixes, oil infusions, paired with fresh seafood (primarily sushi), just to name a few! Shiso is in the mint family, and this varietal has notes of mint, basil, clove, and cumin.
PRODUCT INFO
Shiso leaves are sold in stacks of 10, with leaves about half the size of the palm of the hand. However, we can grow these to be very large - up to the size of a hand.
STORAGE INFO
For longer shelf life, store in airtight container in the refridgerator with a paper towel at the base to absorb excess water.
