FRESH NICHE HERBS
We’re proud to be able to offer our customers an array of Fresh Herbs. We will begin growing Shiso and Fresh Mint, with the goal to be able to grow a variety of herbs to choose from in the near future.
Many restaurants, caterers & food institutions have locally sourced produce quotas to achieve company sustainability goals. One product that is challenging to source year round is lettuce. 90% of lettuce in the US comes from California, and the current hydroponic farming competition provide their produce at a regional capacity, not a local level.
